Dr. Chad Beauchamp is the owner and founder of REPAIR Sports Institute, a cutting-edge sports rehabilitation and wellness facility located in Orange County, California. His journey into the world of sports physical therapy began with his own athletic career at Central Michigan University, where he played Division I football. After a series of injuries and multiple surgeries forced him into early retirement, Chad’s path shifted from playing sports to dedicating his life to helping athletes recover and thrive.
Dr. Chad graduated at the top of his class in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2011. Driven by a passion for sports performance and recovery, he completed a competitive sports residency at the University of Cincinnati, working hands-on with their D1 football program both on the sidelines and in the training room. He furthered his specialization with a 2.5-year sports fellowship with Evidence In Motion while working full-time at a sports clinic in Orange County.
In 2015, Dr. Beauchamp founded REPAIR Sports Institute with a vision to build a multi-disciplinary model of care that prioritizes the patient experience and outcomes over insurance-driven limitations. At REPAIR SI, he leads a team committed to elevating sports rehabilitation and performance through innovation, collaboration, and personalized care.
Dr. Chad’s expertise has earned him the opportunity to work with elite-level athletes across the NFL, MLB, UFC, NHL, PGA, and NBA, as well as serving as a medical provider for the U.S. Olympic Beach Volleyball team. He also supports high school athletics as the team therapist for Golden West and Edison High School football programs.
He holds certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Sports Certified Therapist, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Coach. With over a decade of studying Eastern methodologies and providing nutrition education, Dr. Chad believes in treating the whole person—physically, energetically, mentally, and spiritually.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Chad shares a joyful life with his fiancée Stephanie and their two Cavapoos, Mavrick and Charlie. A devoted Christian, he regularly volunteers his time at Mariners Church in Irvine.
Dr. Beauchamp’s mission is simple: to give his all every day, continuously evolve, and make a meaningful impact on everyone he meets. With humility, passion, and perseverance, he remains steadfast in his commitment to advocating for what’s best for his patients, his staff, and the community he serves.
